Delivery Times
The exact delivery time depends on the courier companies. The order is processed the same day our servers receive it. The customer will receive, firstly, an email confirming the order and, secondly, an email with their tracking link to know at all times where their shipment is.

The average delivery time for the Spanish State is 24/48 hours from shipment (not counting holidays) and the company in charge of transport is usually Correos Xpress .

The average delivery time for the European Union is 5 to 10 days, via UPS or Seur .

For the rest of the world it depends on the conditions of each country. For countries outside the European Union , Randa Offensive Brand is not responsible for any possible customs fees that may affect the customer.

Return policy

At Randa Offensive Brand we offer our customers the possibility of returning any of our products within a maximum period of 14 days from when the shipment reaches its destination, according to the collection certificate of the courier company, indicating the following terms:

1. If we at Randa Offensive Brand have had an error regarding the garment, sizing, sending a garment with a defect, etc. We assume absolutely all costs and the refund will be made immediately. Firstly, the customer will be sent a postal sticker so that they can send us the garment completely free of charge. Once it arrives at our facilities and the error is confirmed, the correct garment will be sent again at no additional cost to the customer.

2. If the customer makes a size or garment error in their order or is simply not satisfied with it and wants to return it, Randa Offensive Brand will provide them with a payment method to pay the cost of shipping costs for both packages ( The one back to our facilities and the one for the new shipment). Once the returned product arrives at our facilities, we will verify that it has not been used or tampered with and, if everything is perfect, we will proceed to send the final product.

3. Balaclavas, Bandanas and similar clothing. For hygiene reasons, the return of balaclavas, bandanas or other similar products, if any, is not permitted.
